Hey lovely people, I love dresses and it is pretty evident from most of my posts. I found this lovely ruffle blue dress in Vero Moda and fell in love with it. As you guys know, I stay away from prints and florals but I love variations with plain dresses. This particular one looks very festive and chic. Keep reading to find out how I paired them and what makeup I had used on myself.
How can you pair your ruffle dresses?
Keep your accessories super simple and easy, to begin with. Basically, these dresses add a lot of volume to your body hence going light on your jewelry is a good idea. You could even neutralize the whole look with very simple bags and shoes. On the other hand, if you need to look festive, you could do an amazing hairdo and glamourize your whole look.
Where can you buy the makeup?
Coloressence HD Compact Powder – Amazon.in
Sugar Eye Told- You So Smudge Proof Liquid Liner in Black – Amazon.in
Sugar Twist and Shout Fade Proof Kajal – Amazon.in
L.A Pro Concealers – Amazon.in
How do you pull off a different pattern or a bold cut /design?
To begin with, please be very comfortable with what you wear. I hear a lot of girls feel that they cannot wear few things because they have flaws. I honestly can retouch my photo and make it flawless but I would rather have you see my scars on my knees or the sunburn on my feet. It is important to remember that a static photo can be heavily manipulated so do not believe what you see.
Secondly, never wear something because it is in trend. If you choose something, choose it because you love it and you would rock it.
Thirdly, its alright if you do not look like a mannequin, you are not supposed to look as well. Its ok to be realistic and embrace how you look. The more you are realistic and accept yourself, the more you would rock everything you step into.
